Includes a complete file of material <br />approvals, documentation requirements, and test results. <br />b) Punchlist development. <br />c) Site visit for punch list back review (1 trip onsite). <br />d) Review certified prevailing wages. <br />e) Record Drawing review. <br />f) Substantial Completion notification. <br />g) Physical completion notification. <br />h) Final Project Documentation to the Client via PDF. <br />Deliverables for Undergrounding Electrical Project: <br />1) Construction Services will occur between April and June 2025. <br />2) Bid Ready Construction Plans <br />3) Bid Ready Construction Specifications and Special Provisions <br />4) Project Cost Estimate <br />5) Land Disturbance Application <br />6) Right of Way application <br />7) Bid Advertisement <br />8) Recommendation of Award Letter <br />Understanding for Undergrounding Electrical Project: <br />1) Existing site data or environmental work is not required to gain approval from the City to <br />construct the Undergrounding Project. <br />2) Small Works project delivery that the County will supply to the three contractors of their <br />choice. <br />3) We have set up this contract as a Time and Materials effort to better prepare multiple revisions <br />with the Team to “right-size” and “right-style” the layout. <br />Phase 98 Additional Services <br />Often during a project, additional services are requested that were not part of the original scope. We have set <br />up this Additional Services phase for those requests. No work will be performed under this phase without prior <br />notification to and authorization from the Client.
