This plan set will also be used as part of the construction bid set. <br />Phase 8 Stormwater Drainage Report <br />Task 1 Finalize Drainage Report <br />1) Update preliminary drainage report to match final design, which includes updates to the basin <br />map, sizing calculations, and report narrative. <br />Task 2 O&M Manual: <br />1) Prepare an operation and maintenance manual for stormwater components and BMPs (i.e. <br />catch basins, piping, etc.). The O&M manual will provide recommended maintenance <br />procedures, maintenance intervals, and describe conditions that warrant maintenance or <br />replacement of infrastructure. <br />Task 3 Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (CSWPPP): <br />1) Prepare CSWPPP for submittal with Washington Department of Ecology General Stormwater <br />Construction Permit. <br />Phase 9 Cost Estimate <br />Task 1 90% Estimate: <br />1) Estimate of quantities and unit costs. <br />Task 2 100% Estimate: <br />1) Estimate of quantities and unit costs. <br />Phase 10 Specifications <br />Task 1 90% Specifications: <br />1) Development of specifications using the WSDOT Specifications for Road and Bridge <br />Construction as the basis of the project. <br />2) Development of project-specific and general special provisions for the project. <br />Task 2 100% Specifications: <br />1) Formatted to APWA and WSDOT Standard Specifications. Front-end contracting documents are <br />to be provided by the County.
