<br />KVEC RV Park <br />August 13, 2026 <br />Page 3 of 9 <br /> <br />25 N Wenatchee Ave, Suite 238  Wenatchee, WA 98801  Office 509.886.3265  Fax 360.352.1509  scjalliance.com <br />u) Irrigation Details <br />v) Traffic Control Plans <br />w) CXT Building Plans <br />Phase 4 Permitting <br />Task 1 Land Use - City of Ellensburg <br />1) SEPA Checklist: Develop the SEPA Checklist and reply to public comments. <br />2) Permit Application: Prepare City of Ellensburg Land Use Application. <br />3) Permit Submittal: Compile documents, including documents prepared by subconsultants, into a <br />single permit package and submit to City of Ellensburg. <br />4) Review Meeting: Meeting with the design team and client to review the City comments. <br />5) Comment Response Letter: Prepare comment response letter addressing City comments. <br />Task 2 Building Permit – City of Ellensburg <br />1) Building Permit Application <br />2) Building Permit Submittal: Coordination and document compilation of CXT pre-fab building <br />drawings for submittal to the City. <br />Task 3 Department of Ecology <br />1) Construction Stormwater General Permit: SCJ will assist the client with filing the notice of intent <br />with the Washington State Department of Ecology and transferring permit responsibility to the <br />contractor after one is selected. <br />2) UIC Registration: SCJ will help register the proposed UIC facilities online with Ecology, which <br />requires registration to be submitted 60 days prior to well construction. <br />Phase 5 Environmental Services (GG) <br />This Phase represents the remaining budget from the 2022 On-Call services. There is $7,109 of <br />remaining budget for GG to complete their scope of work that will be transferred to this <br />contract. <br />Phase 6 Cultural Resources <br />This phase represents the remaining budget for the remaining services from the 2022 On-Call <br />services contract. The remaining budget for these services is $14,163 and will be transferred to <br />this contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
