The fee associated with this task is based on the subconsultant’s direct cost <br />proposal; see attached. In addition, SCJ applies a 10% markup to subconsultant fees to account <br />for applicable taxes and administrative costs. <br />Phase 3 90 Percent - Construction Documents <br />This phase is to complete the documents into a permit-level plan set for processing by the City of Ellensburg.
