The County is <br />committed to advancing the project toward a permit submittal and completed Construction Documents as it <br />strategizes construction funding. <br /> <br />SCJ has prepared this amendment to the On-Call contract to continue advancing the design of the RV Park <br />located at the corner of Alder Street and University Way within the City of Ellensburg and the Kittitas Valley <br />Event Center. <br /> <br />The purpose of this amendment is to update the contract to the new 2026 On-Call Engineering Services <br />Contract, develop a permit plan set to be processed through the City of Ellensburg, and include permitting and <br />final design in the scope, now that the preliminary plans and the drainage report are complete. This also <br />includes vacation of the right-of-way that crosses the site, a boundary line adjustment, and the preparation and <br />coordination of easements. <br /> <br />This scope of work includes the following: <br />Phase 1 – Project Management <br />Phase 2 – Boundary Line Adjustment <br />Phase 3 – 90 Percent Construction Documents <br />Phase 4 – Permitting <br />Phase 5 – Environmental Services (GG) <br />Phase 6 – Cultural Resources <br />Phase 7 – 100 Percent Construction Documents <br />Phase 8 – Stormwater Drainage Report <br />Phase 9 - Cost Estimate <br />Phase 10 – Specifications <br />Phase 20 – Underground Electrical Project <br />Phase 98 - Additional Services <br />Phase 99 - Expenses
