Estimate materials <br />♦ Monthly Pay Estimates <br />(a) Pay Estimate setup for the project. <br />(b) Review of field pay notes <br />(c) Pay Estimate review (office materials back check). <br />(d) Revisions based on Contractor responses. <br />(e) Requests to the contractor for additional information for payment. <br />(f) Estimate 1 pay estimate for the project duration. <br />♦ Request for Information (RFI’s) <br />(a) Setup tracking <br />(b) Review an estimate of 2 based on project size and complexity. <br />(c) Response to RFI’s. <br />♦ Change Order(s) <br />(a) Setup tracking <br />(b) Review or develop and RFP. <br />(c) Estimate 1 based on the size and complexity of the project. <br />Task 6 Construction Observation <br />1) Project field observation <br />♦ Estimate 2 onsite field observation days. <br />♦ Observing contractor’s compliance with contract documents <br />♦ Monitoring/inspection of traffic control <br />♦ Measuring items for payment. <br />♦ Site visit for punch list back review (1 trip onsite). <br />2) Finalizing of Inspection Daily Reports outside of inspection time. <br />3) Field quantity measurement preparation of pay note documents.
