Includes a complete file of material <br />approvals, documentation requirements, and test results. <br />2) Punchlist development. <br />3) Review certified prevailing wages. <br />4) Record Drawing review. <br />5) Substantial Completion notification. <br />6) Physical completion notification. <br />7) Final Project Documentation to the Client via PDF. <br />Understanding <br />1) We estimate this project effort based on the assumption that there is a bad joint in the sewer <br />pipe between the building and the manhole. <br />2) One solicitation effort to select a contractor. <br />3) Material testing will not be required. <br />4) All work can be performed without impacting the public roadway. <br />5) City permitting will not be required as this will be considered maintenance. <br />6) Topographic survey is not required. <br />
