Participate in Overelght and Goardinatian <br />The Agency commits lo: <br />r Cooperatlng with Safe House Project in annual user reviews and audits of system use; <br />r Pafiicipating in regular review of system protocols, coordination best praclicee, or other updates as <br />requested;r Suilporting interagoncy coodinatlon by using the platform to signal aclive involvement on a css€, prevent <br />dufilcativo response, and share non-evldentiary insights acrassJurisdicllonal boundarles. <br />0.6. Respond to Compliance Requirements <br />The Agency acknowledges that $afe House Project: <br />May review platform activity at any time to ensurc compliance with sy$tem policies, confidentiality protocols, <br />and rde6assd access standards; <br />May suspend or revoke ac-cess for lndivlduals or the entlre _agengy at lts sole dlscretion. SHP will provide <br />wrl6en notlce to the Agency's deslgnated Polnt of Oontact {POC) p:lor to suspanslon or revocadcn of <br />sccesst except in casds where lmmedlate acffon ls necessary to prevent ham, protecl survivor lnformatlon, <br />or safeguard system integritY; <br />May require remedialtraining, policy acknowledgment, or administrative follow-up as a condidon of <br />contlnued access for indivtdual usels or the agency a$ a whde. <br />The Agency agrsss to respond to such requssts in a timely and collaborative manner, <br />RESPONSIBILITIES OF SAFE HOUSE PROJECT <br />As the admtntslrator and developer of lhe Simply Report platform, $afe Houee Project (SHP) ie committed to <br />ioatering 6ecure, ethical, and trauma-informed coordlnation with law enforcement agencles ln the flght agalnst human <br />taficking. ln support of this MOU, SHP agrees to the followlng responslbllttles: <br />7,1. Provlde Accese to llre Slmply Report Platform <br />SHP will: <br />r Maintain and operato the Simply Report system in accordanco wih cunent tschnical, security, and <br />operational standards;r drant access to eligibie users designated by the Agency and approved ffrrough appropriate registratlon and <br />role veriication prccess€s;r Asslgn user rolee {e.g., lnveetigator-Level, Stata Hofline-Level) based on alignment with lob rssponsibilitiee <br />and compliance wlth SHP's rols'based access framawork. <br />7.2. Deliver Rolefpeeific Trainlng <br />SHP wlll: <br />r Provide or facilitrate comprehensivs anboarding iraining tailored to each usor's dosignated role; <br />r Ensure lhat training covers key system features, data privacy requirements, coordination protocols, and <br />ethical use standards;r Maintain documentatsn of completed lraining for each user; <br />r provida training refreshers and updates as needed when system functionality or policy Ghange$ oc6ur. <br />e <br />a <br />I
