Platform Access CondltlonE <br />Tralning Completlon Requlrernent: <br />All users musl cornplete role.specific tralning and orientatlon provlded by SHP before recelvlng acllve <br />credentials. <br />Gredential Gonft dentlallty: <br />Usarnames and passwords must be kept confidential, Shared or group logins are not permilted, Suspicious <br />acces8 or account compromise must be roported irnmediately to Safe Houee Project. <br />Offieial Email Requirement; <br />Only offlclal agencylasued emall addresses wlll be accepted for reglstratlon. Generlc, parsonal, or <br />anonymous emalls (e.9,, Gmall, Outlook, admln@) are not psrmitted. <br />System Avallabllity Disclaimer: <br />While the platform is deslgned for hlgh uptlmo and rapid responsiveness, il may occasionally be unavallable <br />due to maintenenco, upgrades, or unexpected disruptions. Enforcement <br />$afe Hous€ Projec{ reserves the right to monltor system use and lnvestlgate any suspectsd vlslatlon of these <br />conditlons. SHP nray: <br />Suspend or revoke acce$s for individual ussrs or entire agencies based on a violatlon of this MOU or related <br />SOPs.
