Safe House Projec,t will assign user access baeed on this MOU, internal prot'ocols, and final diecretion. Users may be reclassilied, suspendod, or ramoved at any tirne if accose is deemed no bnger appropriata or compliant. ACGE$S CONDITIONS AND USE LIMITATION$ Access to the Simply Report platform is granted solely for tha purpose of supporting authorized law enforcement efforls to ldentff, fotlow up on, and coordlnate rssponses to suspected human traffcklng, Users must adhere to the speclflc condltions and llmfiatlons assoclated wlth thalr assigned access level. Misuse, unauthorlzed access! or deviation from these conditions may result in immedlate suspension or permanent revocatlon of ac,cess at lhe sole discretion of Ssfe House Project (SHP). 5.1. Permitted Use Users wfth approved oedentiale may acces$ the Simply Report platform for the followlng limited and authorized purposes: . To review and follow up on suapectod human traffioklng reports received thraugh the platform; r To coordlnate lnvestigative actlvity a*oes jurisdlctions in collaboration with other authorized law enforcement users;r To documenl invesiigative status or updates in the Noles section to support transparoncy and lnteragenoy demrfliction;e To asslgn or update Dispositione retlecting the cutcome or slatus of a report;r To review supporting information (including uploaded attaehments) submitted by reporters, when available and consented to;r To acce$s data relevant to open or ongoing inveotigatlons for whlch the user's ag€ncy has jurisdlctlon cr operatlonal involvement. 5.2" Llmltatlons on Use Strict limitations apply to the use of the Simply Report system, regardless of access level: No Uee lor Probable Gauss or Evldentiary Purpo*s: lnformation accessed via $imply Report may not be used to establish probable cause, support affidavits, or serue as evidentiary material in court proceedings or prosecutorial filings.
