Disposition: <br />A requlred or rec,ommended fleld for certain uaers to rccord the stalus or outcome of a report (e.g., "Follow-up <br />lnigaied," "No Actlon Requlred," "Referred to Another Agency'), Used for coordination and deconfllc{on across <br />agencies. <br />8. Notes: <br />A fleld within $imply Report used to document lnvestigative activity, provide coordination updateq, and support- <br />interagency comrhunlcailon.
