Point of Contac-t (POCI: <br />An individual derignated by the LEA to ovBrEBe and rnanage the agenqy's padicipation in Simply Repori' The POC is <br />responsible for: <br />r Approvlng user registration requests;r Ensurlng that ussrs are approprlately assigned access levels: <br />r Notifylng Safe House Prolect of changes ln personnel or user ellgiblllty;r Participaiing in annual u$er access reviews. <br />6. Personally ldentlflable lnformation {Pll): <br />Any lnformation that may identify or locale an individual, including but not llmiled to names, phone numbqrs, email <br />addresses, physical add'resses, photographs, and report nanalives containing descriptive detail' Pll is only visible to <br />users with lnvestigator{evd accass and only when volunlarily submitted by the reporter' <br />7. Disposition: <br />A requlred or rec,ommended fleld for certain uaers to rccord the stalus or outcome of a report (e.g., "Follow-up <br />lnigaied," "No Actlon Requlred," "Referred to Another Agency'), Used for coordination and deconfllc{on across <br />agencies. <br />8. Notes: <br />A fleld within $imply Report used to document lnvestigative activity, provide coordination updateq, and support- <br />interagency comrhunlcailon. Users with lnvestigator-level access are encouraged to use this ffeld to indicate when a <br />report is actively being folhwed up on. <br />9. Sirnply Report Platforrn: <br />A proprietary tachnology.basod reporting and coordinatlon syslem developed and admlnistered_by Safe House <br />prbjei*. The platform fitnitatee securs, ionsenFbased submlsslon and management of -suspected trafficklng reports, <br />supborts muliFagency coordlnatlon, and protecls survlvor informaflon and system integrity' <br />10. Publlc Safety Answering Polnt {PSAP}: <br />A designated emergency communicaiions center responsible for receiving 911 calls and dispatching em€rgency <br />responlse services. Within the $imply Report platform, PSAPs are authorized external users whose access is limited <br />to life-risk or time-sensitive reports that are automatically roubd to their dispaicfr daehboard based qn Jurisdiction' <br />pSAPs have viel1'-only accesi to such reports and are required to acknowledge and assign a disposition upon- <br />ravlew. PSAPs do not conduct ilvestlgatlons and are not permitted to search or browse reportswilhln the plalform.
