8.1. Term of Agresment <br />This MOU shall remaln in effect from March {, 2026, or until efther terminated ln writing by either party or superseded <br />by a revlsed agreement rnutually executed in writing by the perties. <br />8,2, Terminatlon hy the Agency <br />The Agency may terminate lhis MOU at any time by providlng written notice to Safe House Project. Termination wlll <br />result in: <br />r lmmedlate revocatlon ol accegs for all agency-afflllated users;r Removal of agency association from actfue reports in the system; <br />e Deactivalion of the agency's user Sccounts and associated permissions. <br />8.3. Termlnatlon or Suspension by Safe Houee Prolect <br />Safe House Project reservss the right to suspend or ravoke accese far: <br />r Any individual us6r, orr The entire agency, <br />at any llme and for any reason, lncluding but not llmlted lo: <br />r Noncompliance with the terms of thls MOU;o Failure tofollow $tandard Operaiing Procodures {SOPs) or role-based accoss protocds; <br />r Breach of confidentiality, data misuss, or polioy vlolatlons;r Failure to complete required tralning;. lnaccurato or outdated user registration information;r Agsncy failure to deslgnate or maintain a compliant Point of Contact (POC); <br />r Securig or technical concerns relabd to user or agency aocees. <br />SHP wlll provlde wrltten notlce to the {gency's deslgnated Point of Contact (POC) priorto any suspension or <br />revocation of access. However, immediate suspension without nofice may occur when necessary to prevent ongoing <br />misuse, respond to urgent securlly risks, or protect survivor salely and data inlegrity. <br />8,,4. Reinstatement <br />Users or agencios whose accs$s has been suspended or revoked may requeet reinstatement by: <br />r Submittlng a wrltten requestto $HP through the agency's designated POC; <br />r Providing updated user dooumentation or access justlfication; <br />r Ccmpleting any rebaining or compliance actions requlrsd by SHP' <br />Relnstatement ls not guaranteed and shall be granted only at the sole discretion of $afa House Prolect <br />CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION <br />The Simply Report platform contains highly sensitive informatlon regardlng suspected lncldents of human traffrcktng <br />and may include personally identifiable infornation (Pll) of indivlduals who are victims, survlvors, reporters, or <br />porsons of concern. Ensuring the confldenfality and responslble handllng of this lnforrnalion is essentlal to prolectlng <br />ihe safety, dignity, and autonomy of faffic{<ing survivors and malntainlng the ethical and legal lntegrity of all <br />parflclpatlng a gencles. <br />By signing thls Memorandum of Underutanding (MOU}, lhe Agency affirms its commitment to survivor-centered, <br />trluma-iniormed prinoiples and agre€s to comply with the following conlidentiality and data prctection provisions:
