2 <br /> <br />2.4 Rules <br />Park patrons are responsible for complying with applicable laws and rules, including the following: <br />• Grant PUD Park Rules and Policies <br />• Rules Governing Public Use of Project Lands and Waters <br />• Washington State Laws <br />• Kittitas County Code <br />Park rules are posted on site. Public use areas and restricted areas are posted and delineated. <br />2.5 Emergency Action Plan <br />If there is an imminent threat to human safety, Grant PUD or authorized contract staff may close all or <br />part of the facility as conditions warrant. Staff shall notify supervisors, relevant agency contacts, and <br />emergency services as needed.
