3 <br /> <br />3.0 Maintenance <br />Grant PUD and Kittitas County share maintenance responsibilities throughout the year. If a maintenance <br />activity is not specifically assigned in the following sections, the parties shall coordinate to determine <br />responsibility before work begins. Grant PUD is responsible for ensuring required internal approvals and <br />external permits are in place for maintenance activities at Vantage Boat Launch. <br /> <br />3.1 Grant PUD Responsibilities <br />Maintenance Task Grant PUD Responsibilities <br />Recreation area <br />maintenance Maintain all FERC-required recreation amenities. <br />Maintain grounds, park equipment and boat launch. <br />Maintain developed parking areas and boulder barriers, including <br />cleanliness, striping, and directional arrows. <br />Maintain trees, ornamental plantings, and mitigation plantings. <br />Manage noxious weeds and spray records. <br />Maintain Grant PUD Signs. <br /> <br />3.2 Kittitas County Responsibilities <br />Maintenance Task Kittitas County Responsibilities <br />Building maintenance Perform all restroom building repairs. <br /> Supply toilet paper for the restrooms. <br /> Perform snow removal on the entrance road and within the <br />parking lot. <br />3.3 Shared Responsibilities <br /> Task Grant PUD Responsibilities KCPW Responsibilities <br />Enforcement coordination with <br />outside agencies, abandoned <br />vehicles and large debris piles <br />Coordinate with KCPW Coordinate with Grant PUD <br />Site inspections Complete annual Grant PUD <br />inspection <br />Coordinate with Grant PUD <br /> <br />
