Officers <br />The EIC may designate members to serve in informal l,eadership rotes (e.g., Chair, Co- <br />Chair, Secretary) as needed to support coordination and communication. <br />Articte Vl - Meetings <br />The EIC shaLl. meet quarterty to ptan, coordinate, and evatuate wettness activities. Meeting <br />frequency and format may be changed or amended at the discretion of the Committee. <br />Article Vll- Program Activities <br />The EIC shal,t coordinate a variety of votuntary activities, inctuding but not timited to: <br />o Wettness programs and chattenges <br />o lnitiatives promoting heaLthy nutrition and I'ifestyte habits <br />o Educationatopportunities rel.ated to mental, and physical heatth, [oca[ community <br />programs, etc. <br />o Sociat and morate-buil,ding events <br />o Hotiday and seasonat cetebration events <br />o SociaI gatherings and team-buitding opportunities <br />o Cooking or wettness-retated contests <br />o Themed office decorating events and seasonaI cetebrations <br />Articte Vlll - Participation and Eligibitity Section 2.
