Kittitas Gounty Emptoyee Wellness Program <br />Employee lnput Committee (EIC) Bylaws <br />Articte l- Name <br />The name of this body shal,t be the Kittitas County Emptoyee lnput Committee (ElC). <br />Article ll - Authority and Oversight <br />The EIC operates under the discretion and authority of the Board of County Commissioners <br />and serves in an advisory and coordinating capacity for the Kittitas County Wettness <br />Program. <br />Article lll - Purpose <br />The purpose of the EIC is to support and promote the heatth and wett-being of Kittitas <br />County Emptoyees and etected official,s by: <br />o Encouraging physical. activity and heatthy Lifestyte choices <br />o Promoting mentat heaLth awareness and resources <br />o Fostering a positive, inctusive, and engaging workptace environment <br />o Coordinating activities that enhance emptoyee morate, teamwork and camaraderie <br />Article lV - Membership <br />Section 1. Gomposition <br />The EIC shatl consist of one votunteer representative from each County department. <br />Departments are encouraged, but not required, to have representation. Members shatt be <br />a ppoi nted/designated by the i r De pa rtment H ead/El'ected Off icia t. <br />Section 2. Voluntary Pafticipation <br />Participation in the EIC is votuntary and is not a requirement or condition of empLoyment. <br />Section 3. Term of Service <br />Members serve indefinitety or untit they choose to step down or are no longer abte to <br />participate.
