Participation or non- <br />participation shatt not affect empl,oyment status, job duties, or performance evatuations. <br />Article lX - Gonfidentiatity <br />Any personat or heatth-retated information cotl,ected as part of wettness programs shal't be <br />kept strictl,y confidentiat and managed in accordance with appticabl,e privacy laws and <br />County poticies. <br />Article X - Non-Discrimination <br />Att wettness program activities and EIC initiatives shatt be conducted in a manner that is <br />inctusive and non-discriminatory, providing equaI opportunity for participation to att <br />etigibte emptoyees. <br />Article Xl - Amendments <br />These bytaws may be amended as needed with input from the EIC and subject to review or <br />approval. by the Board of County Commissioners, as appl'icabte. <br />Article Xll - Adoption <br />These by1aws shatt become effective upon acknowtedgment or approvat by the Board of <br />County Commissioners
