<br /> <br />Professional Services Agreement Amendment No. 3 – Lower Kittitas Reach Floodplain Project <br />Page 1 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 3 <br />TO <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH INTER-FLUVE, INC. <br />FOR LOWER KITTITAS REACH FLOODPLAIN RECONNECTION PROJECT <br />RESTORATION ENGINEERING, DESIGN, AND PERMTTING SERVICES <br /> <br />The terms and provisions of the Agreement for Professional Services executed on <br />September 13, 2024 apply herein unless otherwise specifically revised. <br /> <br />Amendment to Project Scope <br />Inter-fluve, Inc. will assist Mid-Columbia Fisheries in the production of technical <br />specifications and typical drawings to support the revegetation plan development. <br /> <br />Amendment to Project Budget <br />The budget is increased by $108,415, from $875,769.10 to $984,184.10. The increased <br />budget includes the additional cost needed to complete the scope of the contract and shown <br />in the budget detail in Exhibit A ($108,335) plus an $80 discrepancy between the original <br />contract amount and the original budget exhibit. <br /> <br />Reason for Amendment: <br />Additional funding is needed to complete the project scope due to design refinements <br />necessary to ensure the project meets habitat restoration and agricultural land use <br />objectives. At the 60 percent design stage, revisions are needed to address site hydrology <br />and optimize project performance. Additionally, additional time will be needed to coordinate <br />with Mid-Columbia Fisheries on the revegetation component. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Inter-Fluve, Inc.
