BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF KITTITAS STATE OF WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. ______________ RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CHAIR SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INTER-FLUVE, INC. FOR LOWER KITTITAS REACH FLOODPLAIN RECONNECTION PROJECT RESTORATION ENGINEERING, DESIGN, AND PERMITTING SERVICES WHEREAS: Resolution 2024-155 selected Inter-Fluve, Inc. for restoration engineering, design, and permitting services for the Lower Kittitas Reach Floodplain Reconnection Project and authorized the Public Works Water Resource Manager to negotiate and execute the professional services agreement; and WHEREAS: Section 12 of the General Conditions of the contract authorizes modifications that are in writing and signed by each of the parties; and WHEREAS: Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement with Inter-Fluve, Inc. for Lower Kittitas Reach Floodplain Reconnection Project Restoration Engineering, Design, and Permitting Services is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners finds it in the best interest of the public to authorize Chair Signature on Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement with Inter-Fluve, Inc. for Lower Kittitas Reach Floodplain Reconnection Project Restoration Engineering, Design, and Permitting Services.
