Connect Summit Central to <br />Yellowstone Road (0.6 miles). <br />. Provide local non-motorized <br />trail connectivity between <br />Alpental and Lake Keechelus. <br />Corridor lmprovement <br />lnstall a re-painted crosswalk to provide <br />a crossing for pedestrians between <br />private parking lots and pedestrian <br />desfinations. <br />lnstall a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) <br />or other actuated pedestrian signal to <br />replace the existing crossing beacon and <br />provide additional advanced warning of <br />the crossing location. <br />lmplement pedestrian push buttons to <br />allow pedestrians to actively indicate the <br />need to cross the roadway. Signal timing <br />can be evaluated to minimize delays and <br />improve traffrc flow. <br />lnstall pedestrian lighting, pavement <br />markings, and signage to enhance the <br />visibility of the crosswalk.
