Transportation On-Call Ardurra Group, lnc. Scope of Services Task 1.0 Project Management Ardurra will manage internal resources, invoicing, project delivery schedule, and project related coordination. Specific tasks include: Consultant Responsibilities Task 1.1: General Project Goordination and Management: General coordination, communication, scheduling of work, and meetings. Management of internal resources, project delivery schedule, and budget trajectory tracking. Task 1.2: lnvoicing, Progress Reports, and Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and finalize monthly invoices, progress reports, and perform general contract administration and labor tracking tasks. Task Specific Assumptions: . The duration of this task order will be no more than 12 months. Additional hours for project management may be needed via supplement if the project extends to 2028 construction. e The project is state funded. The county will coordinate funding agency requirements. . Ardurra is not leading any formal stakeholder coordination meetings or public meetings . See assumptions and exclusions below. o Meetingagendas/notes o Monthly invoices and progress repofts Task 2.0 Independently Re-Establish the 60% Design The county will provide Ardurra with the topographic survey, right of way delineation, design files, cost estimate, and other supporting documentation associated with the county's 60% design. Using the county's 60% design as a basis, Ardurra will independently develop a new 60% design. Consultant Responsibilities: Task 2.1: Review County Performed 60% Design.
