Transportation On -Call Ardurra Group, Inc. • Task 2.2: Update Files and Standards and Create a new Sheet Set. Ardurra will create a new sheet set for the Ardurra 60% design and transfer survey and design documents over to the new design file. • Task 2.3 Weekly Meetings with the County (Up to 10 Total). Ardurra will coordinate and lead up to 10 informal weekly meetings with the county during this task to get input from the county on work to help inform design decisions for the new 60% design. Task 2.4 Independently Re -Establish the 60% Design. Ardurra will independently re- establish the 60% design using the county's 60% as a basis. The new iteration of the 60% design will verify the county's assumptions and design intent, check for new ways to optimize the design, verify the extents of right of way challenges, and identify solutions to be implemented in subsequent design submittals. Task Specific Assumptions: • The county will perform all survey work and provide all survey files. If additional survey needs are identified, the county will perform that work. • The county will provide the 60% design and supporting documentation. • The county will attend regular meetings and provide design feedback. • No Ardurra survey work is included in this scope. • See assumptions and exclusions below. Deliverables: • Meeting agendas and notes • New 60% Review Plans and Construction Cost Estimate Task 3.0 Design Ardurra will progress through multiple design iterations with the ultimate goal of delivering bid ready plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) Consultant Responsibilities: Task 3.1 — 90% Design Task 3.1.1 Incorporate Final 60% Design Comments. Ardurra will respond to final comments provided by the county on the 60% Review Submittal. • Task 3.1.2. 90% Plans. Ardurra will develop 90% design level plans. • Task 3.1.3 90% Cost Estimate.
