Transportation On -Call <br />Scope of Services <br />Ardurra Group, Inc. <br />Task 1.0 Project Management <br />Ardurra will manage internal resources, invoicing, project delivery schedule, and project related <br />coordination. Specific tasks include: <br />Consultant Responsibilities: <br />• Task 1.1: General Project Coordination and Management: General coordination, <br />communication, scheduling of work, and meetings. Management of internal resources, <br />project delivery schedule, and budget trajectory tracking. <br />• Task 1.2: Invoicing, Progress Reports, and Contract Administration: Prepare, <br />review, and finalize monthly invoices, progress reports, and perform general contract <br />administration and labor tracking tasks. <br />Task Specific Assumptions: <br />• The duration of this task order will be no more than 12 months. Additional hours for <br />project management may be needed via supplement if the project extends to 2028 <br />construction. <br />• The project is state funded. The county will coordinate funding agency requirements. <br />• Ardurra is not leading any formal stakeholder coordination meetings or public meetings. <br />• See assumptions and exclusions below. <br />Deliverables: <br />Meeting agendas/notes <br />Monthly invoices and progress reports <br />Task 2.0 Independently Re -Establish the 60% Design <br />The county will provide Ardurra with the topographic survey, right of way delineation, design <br />files, cost estimate, and other supporting documentation associated with the county's 60% <br />design. Using the county's 60% design as a basis, Ardurra will independently develop a new <br />60% design. <br />Consultant Responsibilities: <br />Task 2.1: Review County Performed 60% Design. Ardurra will review the county's <br />60% design, meet with the county, and get familiar with the design and assumptions that <br />the county used. <br />Page 5 of 10 <br />
