Transportation On -Call
Ardurra Group, Inc.
project does not currently have an identified right of way phase, however right of way
work may be required. It is anticipated that the Ardurra team will identify areas of
concern and work with the county to identify a solution which might consist of a right of
way phase, retaining walls, or both. A design objective will be to design right of way
needs "out of the project" as much as possible.
This scope of work does not include right of way acquisition or related tasks. However,
Ardurra will generate proposed right of way, easement, and temporary construction
easement line work, produce figures for property owner meetings, and attend property
owner meetings as needed (Up to 6). It is assumed that property owner meetings will
be led by the county.
Proiect Approach:
Ardurra's general approach for the following scope of work will include:
• Independently re-establishing the 60% design using the county's 60% as a basis.
Effectively this means re -doing the work that's been done by the county from 30% to
60%.
• The new iteration of the 60% design will verify the county's assumptions and design
intent, identify new ways to optimize the design, verify the extents of right of way
challenges, and identify solutions to be implemented in subsequent design submittals.
Typical 90%, 100%, and Bid Document design submittal iterations will proceed after re-
establishing the 60%.
A management reserve has been included in the scope of work to provide for currently
unidentified project needs including but not limited to additional civil design not already identified
below, right-of-way services, geotechnical design, structural design, or other
consultant/subconsultant design needs. The following is Ardurra's specific scope of services.
