Page 2 of 2 <br />Public Works “Work Session Staff Report” 2026 <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Annually, the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners and County Engineer are <br />required to certify reports to CRAB covering administration, policies and operations of <br />Public Works. This includes any Diversion of Road Fund Expenditures for Traffic Law <br />Enforcement, Fish Passage Certification, as well as the Annual Certification. The Board <br />Chair’s, County Sheriff, County Auditor and County Engineer will each sign the forms <br />required for the CRAB. <br /> <br />CRAB utilizes their Annual Reporting System (CARS) for report submittal and <br />signatures on the Digital Submittal Certification. Paper copies of the certification and <br />signature sheet are no longer being used. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Reporting to CRAB is included as part of Public Works annual work program. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Exhibit 1: Annual Certification for 2025 <br />Exhibit 2: Fish Passage Certification for 2025 <br />Exhibit 3: Certification of Diversion and Road Fund Expenditures for Traffic Law <br />Enforcement for 2025
