BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026 -_____ <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR’S SIGNATURE ON THE DIGITAL SUBMITTAL <br />CERTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARD FOR 2025 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board (CRAB) requires annual reporting of <br />various Road Fund expenditures, policies and administrative matters by the <br />County Engineer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The County Sheriff, County Auditor, County Engineer and the Chair of the Board <br />of County Commissioners are required to annually certify Road Fund diversions <br />for Traffic Law Enforcement (TLE) activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners and County Engineer are <br />required to annually certify a report for Fish Passage removal activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners and County Engineer are <br />required to sign the annual certification report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners signature is required on the <br />Digital Submittal Certification to complete 2025 County Road Administration <br />Board (CRAB) reporting requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair’s signature on the Digital Submittal <br />Certification to the County Road Administration Board for 2025. <br /> <br />DATED this 30th day of March 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Attest: <br /> <br />܆ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik ________________________________ <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman <br />܆ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br /> _______________________________ ________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
