KITTITAS COUNTY SOLID WASTE ON-CALL <br />CLE ELUM TRANSFER STATION FRONT ENTRANCE DESIGN AND TANK REPLACEMENT <br />SEPTEMBER 2025 Vehicular Access and Parking <br /> <br /> 015500 - 1 <br />SECTION 015500 <br />VEHICULAR ACCESS AND PARKING <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br />1.01 SECTION INCLUDES <br />A. Access roads. <br />B. Parking. <br />C. Existing pavements and parking areas. <br />D. Construction parking controls. <br />E. Removal, repair. <br />PART 2 PRODUCTS – NOT USED <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br />2.01 ACCESS ROADS <br />A. Use of existing on-site streets for construction traffic is permitted. <br />B. Provide and maintain access to fire hydrants free of obstructions. <br />2.02 PARKING <br />A. Use of designated areas of existing parking facilities by construction personnel is permitted. <br />B. Locate as approved by Owner. <br />2.03 CONSTRUCTION PARKING CONTROL <br />A. Control vehicular parking to prevent interference with public traffic and parking, access by <br />emergency vehicles, and Owner's operations. <br />B. Monitor parking of construction personnel's vehicles in existing facilities. Maintain vehicular <br />access to and through parking areas. <br />C. Prevent parking on or adjacent to access roads or in non-designated areas. <br />2.04 REMOVAL, REPAIR <br />A. Repair existing facilities damaged by use, to original condition. <br />END OF SECTION
