Mulch: Replace wherever and whenever washed or blown away. <br />d. Maintenance Service Agreement: Provide for period of 1 year from <br />Substantial Completion. <br />1.07 PERMANENT SOIL STABILIZATION AREAS <br />A. General: Permanent soil stabilization to be placed on all final cut and fill <br />slopes associated with new roadway construction and all areas disturbed by <br />construction activities. <br />PART 2 PRODUCTS <br />2.01 FERTILIZER <br />A. Commercial, uniform in composition, free-flowing, suitable for application <br />with equipment designed for that purpose. <br />B. Fertilizer shall have the following minimum percentage of plant food by <br />weight: <br />1. Mix: <br />a. Nitrogen: 18 percent. <br />b. Ammoniacal Nitrogen: 16 percent. <br />c. Urea Nitrogen: 2 percent. <br />d. Soluble Potash: 10 percent. <br />e. Sulfur: 19 percent. <br />C. Fertilizer shall be suitable for hydraulic application. <br />2.02 SEED <br />A. Hydroseeding. <br />B. Mix: Based on local availability.
