This coverage in not available Unless specifically noted this bid does not include any performance or payment bonds If required add 1112% to contract total and notify us at the time the bid is awarded. We Exclude Pollution Liability and Professional Liability Coverage. If required, we can provide a quote but Owner will have to cover the cost. Please see the attached COI with has coverage and limits. Any requirements needed above and beyond this coverage and limits will be at the Owner or Contractor's expense. We do not provide insurance for material only jobs.
