KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 10, 2026 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for <br />Rimrock Landscapes to provide grounds maintenance. <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Maintenance is requesting to have the PSA with <br />Rimrock Landscapes renewed for 2026 grounds maintenance. This is <br />the same contractor who provides grounds maintenance for the City <br />of Ellensburg and comes with their recommendation.
