Standard Qualifications to Bids and Contracts Page 2 of 3 <br />BY ACCEPTING OUR PROPOSAL, YOU ARE ACCEPTING OUR QUALIFICATIONS <br />IF AWARDED THIS JOB CONTRACT TO BE SENT DIRECTLY TO KELLY CRESS KELLYHCRESS.COM <br />Toilet Compartments <br />We exclude the following: <br />1.) All blocking, backing and cut-outs in walls, floors, or compartments <br />2.) All structural support in ceiling if compartments are ceiling hung or floor to ceiling style <br />3.) All shimming and caulking <br />4.) Remove of existing unless specifically included in our quote <br />5.) All patching of floors, walls and ceiling <br />6.) Any special colors or hardware unless specifically included in our quote <br />7.) All cut-outs in toilet partitions unless we are providing the toilet accessories. <br />8.) Our bid is based on field touch up being allowed on baked enamel toilet partitions in standard factory colors. <br />9.) Touch up paint is NOT available if "special" colors are selected on baked enamel partitions <br />10.) Conflict with post tensioned floors and floor penetration is Contractors responsibility <br />11) We Exclude Any Delegated Design Provision <br />Toilet Accessories and Miscellaneous specialties <br />We exclude the following: <br />1.) All fasteners <br />2.) All blocking, backing and cut-outs in walls, floors, ceiling or toilet compartments <br />3.) All shimming and caulking <br />4.) Installation of owner furnished accessories unless otherwise noted in our bid <br />5.) Removal of protective wrapping <br />6.) Unit pricing can only be used before main order is placed. It cannot be used for additional items or for credits <br />after the main order has been placed. <br />I material <br />1.) ALL Sales Tax are excluded as per our proposal <br />2.) Our bid is based on statutory retention of 5%. No other terms are accepted. No retention on material only. No <br />other monies shall be withheld for close-outs, punch -list work etc. <br />3.) All Finishes must be complete prior to our installation of partitions or accessories including permanent <br />lighting all rooms to be installed. <br />4.) We include cleanup of our work only. No general clean up labor is provided <br />5.) We allow for one mobilization for continuous installation unless otherwise noted. If the jobsite is not ready when <br />we have been scheduled to install, the minimum charge to remobilize will be $383.00 and $110.00 per hour for travel <br />from Snohomish or Portland <br />6.) When material is quoted F/A, it is the contractors responsibility to inspect material for damage or shortage at time <br />of delivery. If damage or shortage is not noted on the bill of delivery, replacement costs will be the contractor's <br />responsibility <br />7.) We assume free and exclusive use of an elevator or outside hoist to spread material that we are installing. If we <br />are required to spread manually upstairs or we do not have exclusive use of elevator, we will charge $106.00 per <br />hour. <br />8.) We exclude union labor <br />9.) We exclude participation in apprenticeship programs, safety meetings or jobsite orientations unless otherwise <br />noted. If participation is required, we will charge $106.00 per hour. <br />10.) Delivery or installation is between 7 am and 4 pm unless otherwise noted. <br />11.) We exclude the supply of samples for the approval process. <br />12.) We include a 1 year warranty on all material unless otherwise noted on our bid. <br />
