Of note, but not limited to, I look for language around the geologically hazardous areas, <br />mineral resource lands, mining, climate change, and natural hazards mitigation plans. <br />Specifically in this proposal, I reviewed the Critical Areas Checklist Kittitas_ 06052025, KCC <br />17A_Critical Areas Ordinance_25.12.31, and Kittitas Comp Plan V3.0 RedlinesPDF. <br />Kudos to you for making changes to the critical areas ordinance and comp plan! <br />Critical Areas Checklist Kittitas 06052025 <br />The checklist is filled out. No further comment. <br />KCC 17A Critical Areas Ordinance 25.12.31 <br />Definitions that are included: alluvial fan, avalanche hazard, best available science, erosion, erosion <br />hazard areas, geologically hazardous areas, geotechnical analysis or geotechnical report, landslide <br />hazard areas, mine hazard areas, qualified professional, seismic hazard areas, and volcanic hazard <br />areas. Good. Consider adding the WAC reference to the definitions of hazards. <br />On page 12-13 the code describes that temporary or permanent field identification may be required. <br />Great to see the provisions noting passable wildlife fencing and signage. <br />On page 13, great to see the requirement that all the critical areas are required to be noted and <br />recorded to the title. <br />On page 14, the construction details provisions does not include a stormwater management detail to <br />describe how the stormwater on the property will be managed. Suggest adding that. <br />On page 17, under "Critical areas may be affected by proposal, " suggest including a reference to the <br />
