Of Fish & Wildliltr <br />Permittee: I'm Ross, Gross Valle' Shcxxing <br />County: Killilas <br />ROAD USE PERMIT <br />For A Commercial Purpose on WDFW Land <br />THIS ROAD USE PERMIT ("this permit') is issued to: <br />Name: Pete Ross, Cross Valley Shooting Range°("Permittee") <br />Address: 24661 Vantage Highway, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Pursuant to Washington Administrative Code 220-500 and subject to the terms and conditions <br />below, THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, THE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE ("WDFW-) <br />hereby authorizes Perinittee to use the property described below ("the roadway") in Kittitas County <br />for a commercial purpose, as follows: <br />Purpose: To allow access to the Cross Valley Shooting Range across WDFW land as depicted in <br />the attached map, Exhibit `'A". <br />THIS PERMIT IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. There is an existing gate on WDFW property. This gate will remain open. if permittee <br />wants to install a gate he must do so on his own property. <br />2. Legal Description of the Roadway: The existing roadway located in Township 17 North. <br />Range 21 East, W.M., Section 8, in Kittitas County. Washington, as depicted on the maps in <br />Exhibit "A". <br />3. Term: The term of this permit is 5 years, commencing September 1., 2024 and terminating <br />August 31, 2029. <br />4. Use Fee: No fee is required provided that Perinittee provides the Site Protection described <br />below in Section 5. <br />5. Site Protection: Permittee agrees to the following site protection and maintenance work: <br />mowing and controlling weeds on the roadway. <br />6. Limited Rights: The uses allowed by this permit are limited to those described in the. Purpose <br />section on page 1. WDFW retains jurisdiction over the roadway in all respects.
