» Monthly Peaks: An estimated 20-24 total trips/month during peak activity periods,
considering both recurring and occasional access.
Trip Distribution
Trip distribution will follow existing regional traffic patterns and access routes:
» Access will occur via Vantage Highway, connecting to the current Fish and Wildlife
road, where we have an easement to use.
» Given the low volume, distribution will be primarily dependent on regional
origin/destination points, with an assumption of. .
• —90% of trips arrive from the West via Vantage Highway.
• —10% from the Easton Vantage Highway.
Trip Assignment
Given the limited and non -peak nature of this activity, traffic will be dispersed across the
network without a measurable impact on roadway operations or safety. Vehicles will access
the site via an established Fish and Wildlife road that is approximately 30 feet wide and
approximately 500 yards long until it connects to our property, and:
• No modifications to the roadway network are proposed at this stage.
• On -site circulation and parking will accommodate all expected vehicle trips.
• Access will be coordinated to minimize conflicts with existing traffic and nearby uses.
Next Steps
This preliminary scope is submitted for your review and approval prior to initiating any further
traffic documentation or coordination. We welcome any comments or guidance regarding
additional requirements or assumptions.
Due to the low traffic volumes and infrequency, we would like to begin hosting events that do
not exceed the above projections. At the same time, we will work with Kittitas County Public
Works and Fish and Wildlife to accommodate more traffic.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss this in greater
detail.
Sincerely,
Pete Ross
Owner
Cross Valley Training Center
Pete.Ro ss@CrossValley.Training
509-383-3030
