We will also discuss the criteria <br />for success and identify any obstacles that we’ll need to overcome. <br />Kittitas Core team <br />members, IT <br />Stakeholders, & <br />representatives of <br />other relevant <br />stakeholder groups. <br /> <br />(1hr) <br />Understanding the Current Website <br />In order to design a better website, we’ll need a shared understanding of the <br />current one. In this session, we’ll ask that the Kittitas County team share pain <br />points they have, and we’ll discuss opportunities for improvement. <br />(10 min) Break <br />Kittitas Core Team <br />and IT stakeholders <br /> <br />(1hr) <br />Technical Requirements <br />We’ll use this time to discuss technical aspects of the project. Topics include <br />technical objectives, constraints, integrations, custom apps, and environment <br />architecture. <br />(10 min) Wrap Up <br />This time will be utilized to cover any items or outstanding questions that were <br />not covered during the earlier sessions. <br />We have included the estimated time to allot for each conversation. The exact time can vary (often things will <br />run ahead of schedule), but it tends to be different for every group. <br /> <br />
