In this session, we’ll take a deeper dive into <br />who your target audiences are, what scenarios bring them to the site, and <br />prioritize common use cases. We will work collaboratively to build website <br />personas for each key user group (which we will use in the subsequent <br />workshops). <br /> <br />During this session we will break into smaller breakout groups. <br />(10 min) Break <br />Kittitas Core Team and <br />IT Stakeholders <br />(1hr) <br />Content Template Planning and IA <br />We’ll use this time to discuss the different types of content that the website <br />needs to accommodate. We’ll work in groups to map and organize content, with <br />the goal of improving the overall information architecture and user experience. <br />Kittitas Core team <br />members, marketing <br />stakeholders, <br />representatives of <br />other relevant <br />stakeholder groups. <br />(1hr) <br />Design and Branding Discussion <br />We’ll discuss visual design ideas by reviewing some website examples together. <br />Then we will define tactics for communication and what messages the new site <br />needs to communicate to users. <br />(10 min) Wrap Up <br />This time will be utilized to cover any items or outstanding questions that were <br />not covered during the earlier sessions. <br />We have included the estimated time to allot for each conversation. The exact time can vary (often things will <br />run ahead of schedule), but it tends to be different for every group. <br />
