f Dt'' "lt,l.'.-,;1.,,1"; ;= <br />"rrt t tliiim{rrce <br />and Safeguarding of lnformation), COMMERCE may notify the other party of the request and of the <br />date that the records will be released to the requester unless GRANTEE obtains a court order enjoining <br />disctosure. lf the GRANTEE fails to obtain the court order enjoining disclosure, COMMERCE may <br />release the requested information on the date specified. lf the GRANTEE obtains a court order from a <br />court of competent jurisdiction enjoining disclosure pursuant to the PRA, COMMERCE shall maintain <br />the confidentiality of the information per the court order' <br />15. Reduction in Funds <br />ln the event that funds appropriated for the Project contemplated under this Grant Agreement are <br />withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way by the Federal govemment, or otherfunding source, during <br />the Grant Agreement period, the parties understand and agree that COMMERCE may suspend, <br />amend, or tJrminate the Grant Agreement to abide by the revised funding limitations. The parties <br />understand and agree that GRANTEE shall be bound by any such revised funding limitations as <br />implemented at th; discretion of COMMERCE and shall meet and renegotiate the Grant Agreement <br />accordinglY. <br />16. Order of Precedence <br />ln the event of an inconsistency in this Grant Agreement, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving <br />precedence in the following order: <br />.
