Reduction in Funds ln the event that funds appropriated for the Project contemplated under this Grant Agreement are withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way by the Federal govemment, or otherfunding source, during the Grant Agreement period, the parties understand and agree that COMMERCE may suspend, amend, or tJrminate the Grant Agreement to abide by the revised funding limitations. The parties understand and agree that GRANTEE shall be bound by any such revised funding limitations as implemented at th; discretion of COMMERCE and shall meet and renegotiate the Grant Agreement accordinglY. 16. Order of Precedence ln the event of an inconsistency in this Grant Agreement, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: .
