Commissioner Deneen suggested removing the <br /> Conditional Use (CU) from Ag20 stating that we need additional <br /> veterinary hospitals in this county. He suggested adding <br /> Permitted Administrative (PA) for Ag20 . <br /> Hotel/Motel - Staff is proposing to add Conditional Use (CU) to <br /> PUD zones . Long Range Planner Johnston stated that technically <br /> hotels/motels are allowed in the PUD zone if it is in the urban <br /> growth area. Commissioner Deneen stated it should be allowed <br /> outright in commercial zones . <br /> Offices - Commissioner Deneen suggested to add Permitted (P) use <br /> in the PUD and Master Planned zones . <br /> Restaurant - Staff is proposing to add Conditional Use (CU) <br /> under PUD zones .
