Hospital, Animal or Veterinary - Staff if proposing to add <br /> Permitted (P) use for Master Planned zones and removing <br /> Conditional Use (CU) and adding Permitted (P) for General <br /> Commercial zones . Commissioner Deneen suggested removing the <br /> Conditional Use (CU) from Ag20 stating that we need additional <br /> veterinary hospitals in this county. He suggested adding <br /> Permitted Administrative (PA) for Ag20 . <br /> Hotel/Motel - Staff is proposing to add Conditional Use (CU) to <br /> PUD zones . Long Range Planner Johnston stated that technically <br /> hotels/motels are allowed in the PUD zone if it is in the urban <br /> growth area. Commissioner Deneen stated it should be allowed <br /> outright in commercial zones . <br /> Offices - Commissioner Deneen suggested to add Permitted (P) use <br /> in the PUD and Master Planned zones . <br /> Restaurant - Staff is proposing to add Conditional Use (CU) <br /> under PUD zones . The Planning Commissioners had no additional <br /> comments . <br /> Retail Sales - Commissioner Deneen suggested changing from <br /> Conditional Use (CU) to Permitted (P) use in General Commercial <br /> and adding Permitted (P) to PUD as it makes sense in this zone <br /> to allow. <br /> Retail Sales Vehicles - Staff is proposing to add Permitted (P) <br /> use in PUD zones . The Planning Commissioners had no additional <br /> comments . <br /> Services - Commissioner Deneen suggested changing from <br /> Conditional Use (CU) to Permitted (P) use in General Commercial <br /> to be consistent with Master Planned zones . <br /> Shooting Range - Staff is proposing to add Permitted (P) use to <br /> PUD zones . The Planning Commissioners had additional no <br /> comments . <br /> Tavern - Commissioner Pearson suggested changing Conditional Use <br /> (CU) in General Commercial when it is permitted in Master <br /> Planned zones . Commissioner Deneen suggested adding this as a <br /> Permitted (P) use in PUD to be consistent . <br /> Temporary Sales Office - Staff is proposing to add Permitted (P) <br /> to Ag5, Rural5, Ag20, General Commercial, and PUD zones .
