Vehicle/Equipment Service and Repair - Staff is proposing to add <br /> Permitted (P) to the PUD zone . The Planning Commissioners had no <br /> additional comments . <br /> Forest Product Processing - Commissioner Deneen stated it is a <br /> permitted use in Ag5 and Rural 5 but a conditional use permit in <br /> Ag20 and Forest & Range and this seems backwards . Discussion <br /> occurred. <br /> Freighting and Trucking Yard or Terminal - Commissioner Deneen <br /> suggested adding a Conditional Use (CU) permit under Forest & <br /> Range . Discussion occurred. Long Range Planner Johnston stated <br /> he will look into this possibility and have some conversations <br /> with Department of Commerce . <br /> Wastewater Treatment - Commissioner Deneen stated that this is <br /> happening all over the county and it is an advanced wastewater <br /> system. Long Range Planner Johnston stated the reason it is not <br /> allowed in the rural portions of the county because we are not <br /> supposed to have high density development outside of the LAMIRDS <br /> in urban growth areas . He stated he would look into this item. <br /> Warehousing and Distribution - Commissioner Deneen suggested it <br /> be Permitted (P) in General Commercial stating someone should be <br /> able to sell what they make in this zone . <br /> Campground - Staff is proposing to change the Conditional Use <br /> (CU) to Permitted (P) in General Commercial and PUD. The <br /> Planning Commissioners had no additional comments . <br /> Golf Course - Staff is proposing to add Permitted (P) use to <br /> General Commercial and Conditional Use (CU) to PUD zones . <br /> Commissioner Deneen suggested instead of a CU, to have it <br /> Permitted (P) in PUD zones . <br /> Guest Ranch or Guest Farm - Staff is proposing to add Permitted <br /> (P) use to General Commercial an PUD zones . Chair Coe suggested <br /> adding the term Dude Ranch to the allowed use table . <br /> Commissioner Deneen suggested to change the Conditional Use (CU) <br /> to Permitted Administrative (PA) in the Ag20 and Forest & Range <br /> zones as this is where they would naturally occur. <br /> Recreation, Indoor - Commissioner Deneen suggested allowing this <br /> as Permitted (P) in Ag5, Rural5 and Ag20 . Long Range Planner <br /> Johnston provided the definitions of Ag5 and Rura15 and will <br /> look further into this . <br /> 2025-10-28 MINUTES 6 <br />
