Feasibility Report Development - $11,000 <br />• Develop up to two massing studies for building; massing will be informed primarily by <br />space needs confirmed in Task 2 <br />• Develop one site security, circulation and parking study for each building study <br />• Explore options for combining internal program needs <br />• Prepare agenda and coordinate with County Project Manager for Feasibility <br />Workshop <br />Deliverables: Draft and Final Feasibility Report, Feasibility Workshop agenda and <br />minutes <br /> <br />Meetings: Feasibility Workshop <br /> <br />4. Planning Level Cost Estimates - $7,000 <br />• Planning level cost estimate for preferred building massing and site layout <br />o Total project costs, including permitting <br />o Construction costs <br />o Develop assumptions: approach to soft and hard costs, project delivery method <br />• Cost estimate will follow the American Association of cost engineers Class 5 <br />(planning) standard <br />• Cost estimate assumptions memorandum <br />• Assume one (1) meeting <br />Deliverables: Draft planning level cost estimate and refined estimate for inclusion in <br />Final Feasibility Report <br /> <br />Meetings: One (1) meeting to review cost estimate <br /> <br /> <br />Travel expenses in service of this project are included in the lump sum cost proposal under <br />Task 2 to support the identified Site Visit.
