<br />4 <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />Sustainability goals will follow County declared priorities; MWA will make recommendations. <br />MWA will provide drawings using Autodesk Revit program and in PDF format for reviews. <br />All drawings and exhibits provided are planning level in nature; they will be to scale digitally <br />for cost estimating purposes and diagrammatic and require further development by a <br />professional team licensed in Washington State prior to use in construction documentation. <br />MWA will provide reports using MS Word and in PDF format for reviews. <br />Document review comment periods by the County are ten (10) calendar days or less. <br />All comments by the County stakeholders will be vetted by the County Project Manager. <br />All comments that cannot be incorporated into the project documents will be adjudicated by <br />the designated County Project Manager. <br />The County will provide access to facilities for site investigations as needed. <br />The County will provide a Project Manager for this project; copy them on all correspondence <br />with other County personnel. <br />All deliverables to be digital. <br />Furniture, fixtures and equipment procurement excluded; space planning and <br />recommendations for style/types of furniture included. <br />No drawings will be provided by civil, mechanical or electrical subconsultants; their design <br />input will be captured in the notes from the workflow and space needs workshop in the form <br />of a basis of design narrative for cost and space planning purposes. <br />No geotechnical engineering services are included; MWA will incorporate available <br />geotechnical data readily available from the County in massing layouts and costs <br />assumptions. <br />No environmental engineering services are included; the County will share any known site <br />contamination issue for inclusion in costs. <br />No site survey is included; MWA will use existing readily available County-provided GIS data <br />in lieu of survey if one is not available for the site. <br />No traffic data or traffic engineering will be conducted as part of this study. <br /> <br />CC: Leslee Randolph
