<br />2 <br /> <br />• For Feasibility Study, develop building massing studies and locate on site in <br />collaboration with Basis of Design recommendations for cost effective development, <br />local codes and regulations and FAA development criteria. <br />• Facilitate development of criteria for building siting and alternative selection. <br /> <br />For civil <br />• Preliminary recommendations for civil and stormwater design, including site access, <br />parking, setbacks, and identification of cost related design elements such as utility <br />access. <br />• Prepare a written basis of design civil narrative for the proposed building and site. <br /> <br />For mechanical, fire protection, water conservation, and plumbing design <br />• Preliminary recommendations for heating, cooling and ventilation systems with <br />consideration to energy conservation. <br />• Prepare a written basis of design mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing narrative <br />for the proposed building and site. <br /> <br />For electrical, lighting, security, data, audio-visual and fire alarm <br />• Preliminary recommendations for electrical and lighting systems with consideration <br />to energy conservation. <br />• Prepare a written basis of design electrical and lighting narrative for the proposed <br />building and site. <br /> <br />Schedule: Complete by December 31, 2025 <br /> <br />PROJECT TASKS <br />1. Project Management - $4,000 <br />MWA shall manage prime contract related to this project. MWA will invoice monthly by <br />completed Task in a lump sum invoice. This project is planned and budgeted for a six (6) <br />week duration. The design team will meet bi-weekly to cover updates in scope, schedule, <br />budget and coordination planning. <br /> <br />Deliverables: Monthly invoice /reporting on a lump sum basis, kick-off meeting agenda <br />and notes in collaboration with County Project Manager <br /> <br />Meetings: One (1) Kick-off meeting. Weekly check-in with County Project Manager <br /> <br />2. Review Existing Information and Space Needs - $18,000 <br />• Request to the County for existing information, personnel list and fleet data <br />• Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) outreach and permitting/regulatory matrix <br />development
