In <br /> addition to the definitions, staff is proposing to add non- <br /> accessory storage structures to all four of the counties allowed <br /> use tables as permitted uses within all non-commercial and non- <br /> industrial zones . The specific composed changes are indicated in <br /> red in the supporting documents, a footnote has been added to <br /> the urban land use table to reflect specific restrictions within <br /> the City of Ellensburg urban growth area due to our interlocal <br /> agreement .
