3.0 Migration Assistance and Training <br />Diagram will provide hands-on assistance, training, and supplementary resources to ensure that your team is <br />confident working with the new systems that are in place. Taking an agile approach to the project also means that <br />the Kittitas County team will have the ability to begin using parts of the systems early, while other parts are still in <br />development. This helps reduce the overall project duration. <br />4.0 Deployment Prep and Go-Live <br />Diagram will coordinate with the Kittitas County team and take the lead in prepping for deployment and managing <br />the go-live process so you can launch the new site with peace of mind. <br />Website Discovery <br />PROJECT DISCOVERY <br />The purpose of Discovery is to build a shared vision for the strategic business, technical, and design <br />goals of the project. Beginning with a component audit and continuing through a series of meetings, <br />ongoing discussions, and research, Diagram will gain the technical and strategic context necessary <br />to develop a forward-thinking digital strategy roadmap. This will involve interviews with key <br />stakeholders and other interactive fact gathering activities as required. <br />The Kittitas County team will be made available for four to five workshop sessions spread across one day with the <br />Diagram Project Team. With team members located in over twelve states nationwide, all discovery workshops will <br />be conducted remotely. Below is a list of the sessions we expect to include during the Discovery Phase of this <br />project: <br />Service Service Description <br />Pre-Discovery Activities <br />Component Audit Prior to the discovery, the Diagram team will perform a component audit. A successful website <br />rebuild and integration strategy requires a thorough inventory of the types of content and <br />modules currently in place.
