May 8, 2025 <br /> Umbraco Website Redesign Proposal <br />Solution Overview <br />PROPOSED SOLUTION <br />The solution that Diagram proposes includes the following core components: <br />Umbraco CMS <br />Umbraco is a best-of-class CMS that offers features and functionality comparable to enterprise CMS platforms <br />without the enterprise cost. We recommend Umbraco for this project because of its overall versatility. It has a high <br />degree of composability offering both headless and standard APIs. This will enable us to integrate with other <br />components and services, decouple content, data, and presentations layers to simplify content management in <br />areas where it makes sense—while leveraging the visual design capabilities that are a part of the core CMS to <br />empower your content admins in areas where they need the ability to customize layouts. <br />Hosting <br />We propose hosting on Umbraco Cloud, which is built on Microsoft Azure, ensuring a smooth integration with your <br />existing infrastructure. <br />PROPOSED APPROACH <br />The following sections outline each project phase, including related tasks, deliverables, and <br />anticipated timeframes to be provided under the scope of this project. <br />1.0 Project Discovery <br />Diagram proposes a 1-day Project Discovery. Project Discoveries have proven to be the best way to kick-off <br />complex projects and align all team members and stakeholders around the goals, challenges, and strategies <br />surrounding the project. Based on the business, customer, and technical insights gained, it also provides an <br />opportunity to explore better or more cost-effective ways to achieve your goals within your budget. <br />2.0 Agile Implementation: Design + Build + Test <br />Diagram proposes an agile implementation approach.
