Below is a monthly summary of positive cases. ALL clinics, hospitals, and laboratories are legally mandated to <br />report all testing and positive results to us. We appreciate Dora's efforts in accurately entering all test results, both <br />positive and negative, into the Washington State Disease Reporting System (WDRS) in accordance with reporting <br />requirements. The data presented indicates a gradual increase in positive cases over recent months, which aligns <br />with previous trends. <br />April May <br />Tests 256 77 <br />Positive 6 1 2 <br />Childhood Vaccine Clinics <br />August (through the <br />June JuIY 19tn) <br />185 1 163 133 <br />14 8 21 <br />We continue to provide vaccine information and the importance of childhood vaccines on social media platforms <br />and education to clinics and doctors' offices. We have held eight vaccine clinics at the Health Department since <br />May. We have seen a slow increase for our vaccine clinic and look forward to further growth. Additionally, we have <br />held two very successful back to school vaccine clinics at both the Ellensburg School District and Cle Elum/ <br />Roslyn School District this month. <br />Below is number of vaccines administered at our KCPHD vaccine clinics and two offsite vaccine clinics in August. <br />The Ellensburg School District and Cle Elum/ Roslyn School District is working diligently with families and staff to <br />increase vaccine compliance per state regulations.
