E `PSpDE5...1'0 TFyF Kittitas County <br />4CQ�Sa (CyT <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br />Josh Fredrickson, Director <br />i ITI FAS cot NT% <br />AGREEMENT FOR LAND LEASE PAYMENT PLAN <br />This agreement is between FISH Community Food Bank (FISH), and Kittitas County <br />(COUNTY) for the land lease payments due for parcel number 955301 with a situs address of <br />804 Elmview Road, located at Bowers Field. FISH entered into an agreement August 2020 for <br />leased premises identified as Lot C-30 Bowers Field Airport Binding Site Plan Amendment. <br />Lease payment year is September through August. <br />FISH agrees to make monthly installments beginning September 1, 2025, in the amount of <br />twelve equal payments of $4,334.78, that will provide for payment in full within a 12-month <br />period ending August 1, 2026. After such time 12 monthly payments have been made FISH will <br />be current with their land lease payments. <br />FISH is a non-profit leasing property at Bowers Field. In addition to the required rent rate above, <br />FISH shall pay COUNTY the leasehold tax as set forth by State of Washington. The tax shall be <br />due and payable the same tie the rent payment is made. <br />Terms & Conditions <br />FISH agrees to pay installment payments, by cash or check, in the office or postmarked on or <br />before the first day of each month, or the next business day if the first day should fall on a <br />holiday or a weekend. <br />FISH agrees and understands that payments are due each month irrespective of receiving an <br />invoice for payment by the County. <br />FISH agrees that if a payment installment is missed or a payment installment is returned for non - <br />sufficient funds, this agreement will be void. At which time the full terms of the lease agreement <br />allowing for remedies will be implemented. <br />FISH agrees that installment payments made will be posted to the oldest delinquent lease <br />payment due first and that no installment payments made and posted will be refunded should this <br />agreement become void. <br />FISH agrees that this contract and the payment plan history may be subject to public disclosure <br />pursuant to RCW 42.56, if requested. By signing this agreement, Fish agrees to such disclosure. <br />FISH agrees that to voluntarily end this agreement, they must submit a request in writing to <br />Kittitas County Public Works at least ten (10) business days prior to an installment due date. <br />411 North Ruby, Suite I - Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />(509) 962-7523 <br />publioworks&o.kittitas.wa.us <br />
