FISH and COUNTY agree that this agreement for land lease payment plan is the settlement <br />agreement for lease payments to become current. After the term of this agreement and successful <br />fulfilment by FISH the current lease agreement as constituted shall control. <br />FISH and COUNTY agree that if FISH fails to meet the obligation under this agreement, the <br />COUNTY may take action as identified in the lease, including terminating the land lease <br />agreement. <br />All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain the same.
