BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO.2025 - <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON AN AGREEMENT FOR LAND <br />LEASE PAYMENT PLAN WITH FISH COMMUNITY FOOD BANK <br />WHEREAS: FISH Community Food Bank (FISH) entered into a land lease with Kittitas <br />County for Lot C-30 at Bowers Field; and <br />WHEREAS: FISH provides an essential and desirable service to the public; and <br />WHEREAS: Lease term is thirty -years and has a payment year of September to August; and <br />WHEREAS: FISH has requested a Land Lease Payment Plan to use monthly payments for the <br />lease amount due. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on the <br />Agreement for Land Lease Payment Plan with FISH. <br />DATED on this 16th day of September 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Cory Wright, Vice -Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
