Kittitas County Fire District #2 witt subrnit requests to Kittitas County to Kittitas County to <br />reimburse the imprest account via a voucher tisting submitted and approved as needed <br />with the Fire Commissioners' signatures. <br />a. The Auditor and Treasurer witl inform the district with direction in regards to the <br />internal procedures for hodwhen to submit the voucher tisting to the county, in <br />accordence with this agreement' <br />5. Any changes to the estabtished imprest account or the imprest amount must be approved <br />Uyine Kittitas County Auditor and Kittitas County Treasurer before adoption bythe District' <br />6. Kittitas county Auditor continues to reserve the right to review att District records retated <br />to the operation of the imprest account. For this reason, the District is responsibte for <br />maintaining and preserving att pubtic records as required by the Washington Pubtic <br />Records Act and appticabte pubtic records retention schedute' <br />7. upon approvat of the voucher tisting from Kittitas county Auditor, Kittitas county Treasurer <br />witt continue to remit the funds, via ACH (Automated Ctearing House), to the Kittitas County <br />Fire District #2 bank account. <br />8. Any party herein mayterminate this tntertocatAgreement upon thirty (30) days written <br />notice to the other parties atthe addresses recited herein above. <br />9. The District wil,t hotd harmless, defend, and indemnify Kittitas County from any and a[[ <br />ctaims, actions, suits, charges, and judgments whatsoever that arise out of the District's <br />performance or nonperformance of the services or subject matter catled for in this <br />lnterlocaI Agreement. <br />1O. As required by RCW 42.24.180, the District shatt: <br />a. Appoint an auditing officer for the District, and the aud iting officer shalt acq u ire on <br />behatf of the District, bonds of not less than $t 00'000; <br />b.
